MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION INTERN

Pacific Coast Commercial, located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, is currently seeking a Part Time, Marketing & Administration Intern. (Hours and Days are Negotiable)
Duties Include (but not limited to):
· Assistance with Lease/Sale Contracts and Disclosures
· Prepare Services Proposal Presentations
· Assistance with CRE Databases Input
· Assistance with Brochures, Postcards, Handouts
· DocuSign - Prepare/Review/Track contracts
· Idea input on Website and Social Media
Requirements:
· Must be a team player who is detail oriented
· Ability to work within tight deadlines, and can multi-task
· Proficient in time management, organization, and written & oral communication
· Working towards a degree in marketing, business, or real estate is preferred but not recquired
